As excited as I am about my FOLKSY shop, what you don't have is any sense of how the people that go to look at your products feel once they've seen them. Do they love them and consider them for gifts another time? Do they tell their friends? Or do they just think...very nice or not very nice, and move on to looking at something else? It's terribly frustrating!
